I'm ok if you say that the conda repo doesn't care about providing a "the Graphviz bin file address on your system" can be C:\Program Files (x86)\Graphviz2.38\bin or any other path you installed Graphviz there. Since the installer comes with several Qt libraries, we needed to resort to the trick of moving its files to Ok, so the problem is in not rebuilding graphviz to fit your environment.
