What's also good to note is that the bus stop to go to Split or to Omis is just outside the hotel door, and the bus ride in both directions was easy, affordable, and pleasant with seashore views along the way. Iin pratica i lettini e ombrelloni mobili ( tipo quelli che ti regalano nei supermercati) dell'hotel venivano venduti a tutti...e tu cliente rimanevi senza. L'addetto alla spiaggia arrivava con molto calma ed è burbero e non parla nemmeno un pò l'inglese. I tipi di camera possono variare.Prima e ultima volta a Podstrana (Croazia)in particolare modo in questa struttura,a parte la posizione gradevole ho visto molto meglio comunque...ospitalità non concepita da parte del persone di un hotel che sulla carta ha 4stelle ma di fatto e forse un due stelle,pulizia dimenticata camera adagiata in una dependance con balcone sul posteggio ecc...ma la nota negativa in assoluto che oltre il pagamento del soggiorno occorre pagare le sedie a sdraio e ombrellone con un addetto veramente arrogante e dove pensa di prendere in giro il vacanziere nel dire al momento della scelta delle sdraio che ci sono le postazioni riservate,di fatto da parte degli addetti al ricevimento la risposta è stata ben diversa non ci sono prenotazioni per le sdraio.Concludo con il dire che oltre a lavorare io in catene alberghiere internazionali e sapere bene cosa significa ospitalità vi consiglio di riadattare il vostro modo di concepire l’accoglienza al cliente.Bel hotel caratteristico a due passi dal mare e panorama mozzafiato, ottimo anche il ristorante che offre una buona varietà di cucinainternazionali, le camere sono di dimensioni nella norma e ben arredateStupenda posizione vicina a Spalato bella la spiaggia sembra anche un bel hotel ma se si va sui singoli particolari iniziando dalla pulizia ai vari problemi con il Fon con la doccia con la colazione non curata specie negli affettati nella frutta e nel caffè' e il personale non attento a ciò che manca.Gentile ver0na57, Grazie per la recensione, per aver apprezzato la nostra struttura e posizione e soprattutto per le sue osservazioni.
